Evian taps designer Virgil Abloh for Sustainable Innovation role

Abloh will design a recycle revolution

Virgil Abloh, menswear director of Louis Vuitton and creative director of his own line, Off White has been announced as Evian’s new creative advisor for Sustainable Innovation Design.

Over the past few years Virgil, has become a force in fashion, marked by his highly coveted Nike collaborations. Abloh joins evian in their commitment to making all of their plastic bottles 100% recycled plastic by 2025.

The limited-edition design project is set to be revealed in February/March 2019, with further information on the full range and scale of the project to be released throughout the year. Specifically, this endeavor is billed as a “long-term global multi-project collaboration.” Expect more details in the coming months.
